Back office platform for construction contractors

Sledge runs a contractor's back office from bid to final payment. I built its document AI and accounting pipeline.

  • Built a Python pipeline that parses PDF bills and invoices, uses the OpenAI API to extract and organize every line item, and stores the result in the database.
  • Uploaded the extracted line items to QuickBooks, and built a QuickBooks integration that syncs products, customers, users and other records.
  • Set up Stripe subscriptions across multiple plans.
  • Built roles and permissions driven by both user type and subscription plan.
