Integrated the WhatsApp Business and Instagram APIs into one chat inbox, with image support.

Built bulk messaging that reaches 1,000+ customers at a time, queued through Google Cloud Pub/Sub so large sends never block the app.

Added AI replies and real time translation for multilingual conversations.
